About

Marriage & Family Therapist, MA LMFT

I have a lifelong commitment to working with children and families. I started my career as a teacher with a focus on children with special needs. Because of my skills and knowledge of children, adolescents and families, I became an advocate for children’s rights after law school and learned firsthand how to work with families in distress. Later, I took leadership roles in the corporate and non-profit sectors including serving as the CEO of a social service and educational agency serving diverse and vulnerable children and families.

After years of being in corporate and nonprofit leadership roles as an executive, I returned to my roots to work with families and individuals and returned to school to obtain a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Fairfield University so that I could support individuals and families more directly.

I have worked with just about any problem an individual or family can face and I hope I have the opportunity to work with you.
